Website Design FAQ

This answer is more of a “non-answer.” We don’t have set prices for our websites. That’s because we make custom quotes for each of our clients. Every website project is different, so we don’t price them the same.

We will present the price for your website after we meet with you. We’ll give you different options depending on the level of functionality you would like on your new custom website.

Our goal is to have your new site published and fully functional within 6 weeks. When we start your website project, we’ll lay out a detailed timetable so you know exactly when to expect your new site.

One of the key elements of a speedy website build is your ability to respond with feedback quickly is very important.

When we build your site, you’ll have full access and ownership of it. From the domain, hosting, and content, you own it all. We don’t want you to ever feel like you’re trapped, or like you don’t have complete control of your own website.

We also build our website with easy page builders. Before we consider your website officially done, we’ll walk you through the page builder and show you how to use it on your own. So, when we’re done, if you ever want to update some information or change a few photos, you’ll be able to do it easily.

In order to get your website project started, we require a half-down payment of the full project. Before you have to pay, we’ll lay out everything we’ve planned for your site and a timetable of when it will be completed. We want you to be fully aware of what you’re getting, and what you’ll be achieving with your new website before you spend a dime. You’ll then pay for the final half of the website after you’ve been able to see your full website in action. After the final payment, you’re given full access to own your website for the future

You’ll be very involved. We can’t make this website without you! We’ll need your input on your design preferences, help with content, and review all of the designs we’ve made for you. We want to make sure you’re website is EXACTLY what you want. Because of this, we show you all of our designs and layouts to approve before they are published. We won’t publish anything until you tell us it’s perfect.

Usually, you will provide the content for your website. No one knows your business better than you, and that’s why you’re the best solution to create content. In the event, you don’t want to write the content for your site, we’ll be happy to help you. We know it can feel overwhelming and time-consuming to have to write content, so we can definitely provide content for you!

Yes. When creating a brand new site, we will use WordPress. WordPress is one of the most popular content management systems (CMS) on the internet today. It’s popular because of how versatile it is. WordPress works great for smaller websites, as well as larger, international sites. With WordPress, you’ll have an incredible amount of freedom to add new functionalities as your business grows online.

We have experience with Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, and other types of CMS systems. With over a decade of collective experience, we’ve found that WordPress is the best choice for our clients, whether they are starting brand new businesses, or continue to grow established companies.

Of course! We would love the opportunity to continue working with you and manage your website. Continued website management is not included in your base website build project, but we’d be happy to continue working with you and growing your business online.

Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) FAQ

PPC stands for Pay-Per-Click. It is a form of digital advertising that only charges the advertiser when a user clicks on their ads.

Google Ads are a type of PPC advertising. There are many other forms of PPC advertising like Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Yelp, and more. Google Ads is just currently one of the most commonly used PPC Ad platforms.

PPC campaigns can have a custom budget. Whether you want to spend $100 a month, or $10,000 a month, it’s totally up to you. Obviously, you’ll get more clicks the more you spend, but you can choose your budget.

Have you ever visited a website, then noticed that its ads were following you around for a few days afterward? Those are retargeting ads. Retargeting ads are a great way to get users to return to your site and convert to customers.

Retargeting ads are effective, and usually low cost, which makes them one of the most popular campaign types used.

There are 5 types of Google Ad Campaigns

  1. Search – text ads listed on the Google search results page
  2. Display – image ads displayed on many websites
  3. Video – show your video ads on YouTube and other websites
  4. Shopping – advertise your products on Google
  5. App – promote your app to drive installs and users

The majority of online traffic originates from search engines. If your website ranks higher for searches relevant to your products or services, your website will be more successful, and you’ll make more money.

SEO Keywords are simply the terms people input into search engines like Google. Keywords can be just one word or complete phrases.

There is one part of SEO that is constant: It takes time to see results. It usually takes 90 days to start seeing results. Now, that’s not to say that you’ll be the #1 website of Google in 90 days. SEO is a recurring service that requires constant work.

The fastest way to get your site indexed (or read) by Google is to submit a sitemap on Google Search Console. Google Search Console is a free tool available to everyone.

Social Media Management FAQ

Yes, our social media management packages include us publishing posts to all of your social media accounts on your behalf.

That depends! When we first create your custom social media plan, you can let us know how many posts you would like to see on your social media accounts each week. To start, we usually suggest 3 social media posts a week, but it’s up to you!

Normally, you will send us content. This content can be ANYTHING. It can be casual photos of what’s going on in your office, before & after photos,  process videos, and more! You’ll send the content to us, and we’ll take care of the editing, and copywriting of the captions for you.

It is possible for us to collect content for you, and we’d be happy to do it, but we’ve noticed that the content collected by you and your team is the most genuine and organic type of content.

That’s no problem! We can get you set up with all of the social media profiles you’ll need to get noticed!
